We offer wholesale discount based on the Rand value of your
order. For orders above R1 800, we offer 20% - 25% discount
below retail price, depending on the product you order.

payment
All orders must be paid in full, including postage, before
we dispatch any order. We accept only a direct deposit or
electronic transfer into our bank account.
The pro forma invoice will reflect the total amount due (including
postage and the optional insurance).
An order is mailed only if the payment is cleared by the
bank.
Bead weights vary widely. Add approximately 10% to the total
value of your order for postage. There is a minimum amount
payable on local counter-to-counter speed mail parcels that
weigh less than 1kg. For international orders we will quote
different options.
Insurance is an optional extra and add 1% of the value of
your order for insurance on South African counter-to-counter
speed mail.

Most beads are sold per string only and the number of beads
varies according to the size of the beads. A single string
contains a length of more or less 450mm of beads (unless otherwise
specified). Contact

availability
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will try
to replace it with a close substitute or we will keep your
order open until the item is available. You will be notified
that a substitution has been made or if we keep the order

exchange
If you are not satisfied with your order, items may be returned
up to 14 days from the date on the invoice. Returns are for
exchange or credit only and postage costs on this will be
your responsibility. Items must be returned in the original
condition, with a copy of the original invoice. >>top

Beads are manufactured by home industries and the real product
therefore might differ in colour, size and finish from those
on the computer screen. There might also be variations in
the colour of beads on one string, but these variations add
to the uniqueness of the product. >>top
