Here are a few creative ideas to keep you beading. Some items are assembled by the Siyazama Craft Project (a job creation and income generation project in Stellenbosch). Siyazama is a Xhosa word and means “we are trying”.

For fashion accessories we restring our beads and combine this with silver, pewter, semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls and other natural materials. A small, foldable gift box (205mm x 175mm x 45mm) made of cardboard with all our details printed on it, can be ordered (R20 each).

Home accessories (lights, shades, table and patio accessories) are made of the beads in combination with wood, wire, stone, shell and other recycled material.
